How to Configure Advanced Time Synchronizer for Perfect Device Sync
Network time synchronization keeps your logs accurate and your local network secure. Advanced Time Synchronizer is a powerful tool designed to keep your PC clock perfectly coordinated using corporate or public time servers. Here is how to configure it for flawless performance. Step 1: Add Reliable Time Servers
The default servers are a good starting point, but adding geographically closer servers ensures lower latency and higher accuracy. Open the software and navigate to the Servers tab. Click Add to introduce a new time server.
Enter reliable addresses like pool.ntp.org or your local regional pool (e.g., asia.pool.ntp.org).
Set the protocol to NTP (Network Time Protocol) for maximum accuracy. Step 2: Set the Sync Schedule
Automating the synchronization process removes the risk of clock drift over time. Switch to the Schedule tab in the settings menu. Check the box to enable automatic synchronization. Choose the At specified intervals option.
Set the interval to 1 hour for high-precision environments, or 24 hours for standard desktop use. Step 3: Configure Launch Options
Ensuring the application runs consistently in the background guarantees continuous time corrections. Go to the General settings tab.
Check Run at Windows startup so the service launches automatically when your PC boots.
Enable Start minimized to system tray to keep your desktop workspace clean and clutter-free. Step 4: Establish Backup Servers
Network drops happen, but backup servers ensure your device clock never drifts during an outage. Return to your server list. Add at least three different NTP servers.
Use the Move Up or Move Down buttons to rank them by priority.
The software will automatically cycle to the next server if the primary choice fails. If you want to fine-tune your setup, let me know: Your operating system version. If you are syncing a local business network or a single PC. Any firewall restrictions you might have.
